Titles: Let's be the Islamic's leader for the future
What would this nation be if there was no leader? Could we live
our life with harmony and peace? What disaster would be happen if
no one lead us? Auzubillahiminzalik.
(Salam and greeting)
Everyone will be a leader. InsyaAllah. Allah SWT said in Holy Quran
Surah Al-Baqarah (1:30):
ُ‫ض َخ ِليفَة قَالُ َٰٓوا أَتَج َع ُل فِي َها َمن يُف ِسد ُ فِي َها َويَس ِفك‬ َٰٓ
ِ ‫ْ قَا َل َرب َُّك ِلل َملَئِ َك ِة إِنِى َجا ِعل فِى ٱْلَر‬
‫ِس لَ َك قَا َل إِ ِن َٰٓى أَعلَ ُم َما َل تَعلَ ُمون‬
ُ ‫ِك َونُقَد‬ َ ُ‫ٱ ِلد َما َٰٓ َء َونَح ُن ن‬
َ ‫سبِ ُح ِب َحمد‬

30. Behold, thy Lord said to the angels: "I will create a vicegerent on earth."
They said: "Wilt Thou place therein one who will make mischief therein and
shed blood?- whilst we do celebrate Thy praises and glorify Thy holy (name)?"
He said: "I know what ye know not."

But, we as the islamic senior high school student,need to have

an achievement to become a leader for the future. Not just a leader.
We need to be the Islamic leader that capable to lead with the
Islamic’s leadership. Allah SWT said in Holy Quran Surah Al-Imron
(3:28):
َ ‫ُون ٱل ُمؤ ِمنِينَ َو َمن يَف َعل ذَ ِل َك فَلَي‬
‫س ِمنَ ٱ َّللِ فِى شَىء‬ ِ ‫َل َيت َ ِخ ِذ ٱل ُمؤ ِمنُونَ ٱل َك ِف ِرينَ أَو ِليَا َٰٓ َء ِمن د‬
‫صي‬ َ ‫ل أَن تَتَقُوا ِمن ُهم تُقَىة ۗ َويُ َحذ ُِر ُك ُم ٱ َّللُ نَف‬
ِ ‫سهۥُ ۗ َو ِإلَى ٱ َّللِ ٱل َم‬ َٰٓ َ ‫ِإ‬
28.Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather
than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah:
except by way of precaution, that ye may Guard yourselves from
them. But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final
goal is to Allah.
 Why? Because we muslims should lead this country.
Nevertheless, this is country with the biggest populationvthat were
muslims. Furthermore, we are student who study shara knowledge,
who have knowledge about Islam more than any other state
highschools sould be the leader for this nation.

Unfortunately, in this millennial era,the islamic senior high

school students only have a dream to be a leader but don’t want to
achieve an achievement to be the islamic leader in the future. It is
such a shame of them and also they should be embrassed to all of
our Islamic leaders especially our prophet Nabi Muhammad SAW,
that had rise n the Islamic Empire for almost a thousand years. And
because of them who are reckless ,lazy and hopeless to be the next
successor full of Islamic leader day by day, their Islamic leadership
vanishes little by little.
Let's take an example on your daily life. Most of them were
muslims and lived under Islamic Leadership. Eventhough,90% of the
people were muslims,as we can see the syara had not been applied
by them. Their fashion doesn't follow the syara' where they should
cover the aurat that been enforced by the syara’. The politics and
economics had been corrupted by them. Terrorism and killing each
other’s spread across the country. What do the leaders do to
overcome this problematics? Just simply saying that everything was
going to be fine sitting on a comfy couch having some coffee? Is this
the Islamic leadership we know?
As we know the leaders are those who lead their people to
successful life. Back to past, we can take an example model of the
leaders, that is our prophet Nabi Muhammad SAW and Sultan
Mehmed Al- Fatih. The civilization that was leaded by prophet Nabi
Muhammad, it was the greatest age and the best generation ever.
And don't forget about sultan Muhammad Al fatih that managed to
conquer the Constantinople at years 1451. These two leaders are the
best of the best leaders ever. What are their secret to become the
greatest leader ever? What are their characteristics to lead their
people until rise up empires to be the biggest and the greatest
empires ever in the history.
So I will tell the characteristics of this both leaders that will be
our role models and motivation to become the Islamic leaders for
the future. Firstly the characteristics of those both leaders were high
confident level,our prophet Nabi Muhammad SAW and Sultan
Mehmed Al Fatih never ever think that the rules and principles that
they decided after learning about the shara will colapse the Islamic
empires because they confident that the shara that has been decided
by Allah SWT were the right determination for the country.
Secondly the characteristics is brave. These both successful
leader never afraid to die when that time will come during enforcing
their Syara'. Eventhough many people disagree with them and
planning to kill them different doesn't bother them. Because they
know the one that obedient to the shara, successful life and afterlife
as a gift from Allah SWT they will receive.
Thirdly, good motivation is also one of the characteristics in this
both leaders. Both of them were always giving motivational and
advice to the people to apply good manners in their life and were
always helping them to stay motivated.
Fourthly, forward-thinking, both leaders were always thing
forward for the success of their people in the future. Every strategy
the planned were the most rational and reasonable and that would
give successful life in that era and also the era of the future.
Fifthly, the last characteristics those both leaders had broad-
horizon. Both leaders learning about knowledge that brings them to
be the successful leader ever,by learning the strategy of
war,management to lead,riding horses,knowin several languages,
archery,swimmjng and many more. Because every leader should be
reminded not another gerbil who only knows how to achieve their
life by doing such corruption and lies.
These are five characteristics we should learn, not just by
learning it,let's set our mind to become a leader by having these five
characteristics that were inside the mind of both greatest and
successful leader ever. Once we knew all these characteristics and
manage a our mind to set it up, so we as the students of Islamic
senior high school are ready to be the next islamic leaders who
would lead our country with true and noble ways of leadership for
the future. InsyaAllah.
