Greetings…

This is with regard to our request for a protective temporary

covering in our common fence while the construction of your house
is going on .

This has been brought into the attention of your foreman, who after
sometime placed a net to prevent the fall of objects and/or
construction debris from falling into our property. However, it has
been observed that despite the net , scattered pieces of wastes
and/or materials still fall into our property. Thus, we again
requested one of your construction worker to bring this to your
attention, more so a better protective measure might be placed
like maybe a “lawanit” or some other sort which your foreman
might very well know.

Also, we would like to request nga ang mga kabilya nga gin
pangtiko sang mga tawo would be straighten up in the same way
that they were before the construction. We don’t have the luxury
of time and money to spend for this.

This is to follow up with that verbal request and may this request
merit your prompt attention and appropriate immediate action.
