CONTRACT FOR ON-CALL EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALLMEN BYTHESE PRESENTS:

This contract made and entered into by and between:

NEW BRIGHTON SCHOOL OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. a corporation existing
under Philippines laws with principal office address located at J.Catolico Sr. Ave. ,Brgy Lagao,
General Santos City
represented by its , , and
herein after referred to as COMPANY;

-and-
Filipino, of legal age, single/married, with residence at, and herein after referred to as the ON-
CALL EMPLOYEE.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the COMPANY provides opportunities for workers to work in an on-call

basis, where the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE may provide services for one (1) to seven (7) days to
augment the need of workers during certain occasions such as, Father’s Day celebration,
Valentine’s Day, etc.,

WHEREAS, the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE offers his/her services to work with the
COMPANY in an on-call basis only;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereby agree
that;

1. The COMPANY hires the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE to augment work force for certain
occasions celebrated by Filipinos for one (1) to seven (7) days per occasion;
specifically, in celebration of (event) to perform the work of
(job function) from to (dates);

2. That for and consideration of the services of the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE, he/she
shall received a daily wage of (PhP);

3. That the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE agrees and understand that his/her employment is
purely temporary or for the corresponding occasion only, and not a regular
employment, hence, he/she is not entitled to the benefits received by the regular
employees of the COMPANY, subject however to existing laws, rules and regulations;

4. The ON-CALL EMPLOYEE shall perform the assigned work to the best of his/her
ability and to the full satisfaction on the COMPANY. It is hereby understood that the
COMPANY may terminate this contract at any time in case the ON-CALL
EMPLOYEE fails to meet the standards set by the former such as but not limited to
dependability, trustworthiness, efficiency, initiative, attitude towards work/the public/
the COMPANY, its officers and co-employees, cooperation, client response,
judgment, punctuality, quality/quantity of work, educability, articulateness and
professionalism; or the services of the ON-CALLEMPLOYEE may be terminated for
any of the just and authorized causes provided by existing law.

5. That the ON-CALLEMPLOYEE also agrees that all records and documents of the
COMPANY and all information pertaining to its business and/or its affairs and that of
 Its customers are absolutely CONFIDENTIAL. Unauthorized disclosure or
reproduction of the same will not be made at any time during or after his/her
employment with the COMPANY. The ON-CALL EMPLOYEE also agrees that any
breach of confidentiality will constitute sufficient ground for immediate termination of
his/her employment for cause and/or civil and criminal liability;

6. Should court action will be pursued arising from this Contract, both parties agree that
the venue shall be exclusively vested in the competent courts in General Santos City
only and by the execution and delivery of this contract, the parties hereby irrevocably
submit themselves to such venue;

7. That the ON-CALL EMPLOYEE finally acknowledges and agrees to the following:

7.1 The ON-CALL EMPLOYEE is executing this Contract voluntarily and without
any duress or undue influence by the COMPANY or anyone else; and

7.2 The ON-CALL EMPLOYEE has carefully read this Contract and have asked
questions to the COMPANY that are needed to understand the terms,
consequences and binding effect of this Contract and that he/she fully understands
them and it was correspondingly explained to him/herby the COMPANY in
Visayan or any language/dialect understood by the ON-CALLEMPLOYEE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this
