Majlis Perasmian Puan Sermin Bang

Terima kasih saudara/saudari pengerusi

Selamat petang dan salam sejahtera kepada

Yang Berusaha Tuan Guru Besar ______________________________,

Yang Diraikan Penolong Kanan Kurikulum ____________________________,

Penolong Kanan Hal Ehwal dan Murid _______________________________,

Penolong Kanan Kokurikulum ______________________________________,

Barisan guru SK Nanga Lasi serta warga dewan yang dikasihi sekalian.

Bersyukur kita ke hadrat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa kerana dengan izinNya, kita dapat berkumpul dalam
majlis yang amat bermakna ini bagi meraikan persaraan Puan Sermin, Penolong Kanan Pentadbiran SK
Nanga Lasi yang amat kita sayangi dan hormati selama ini.

Terbang merpati di pohon meranti,

Hinggap sebentar membuat sarang,

Majlis indah lagi diberkati,

Bagi meraikan Puan tersayang

Tiada kata seindah bicara,

Dapat dilafazkan seiring jasa,

Tibalah detik persaraan beliau,

Bakti dicurah dikenang sentiasa.

Pada kesempatan ini, saya mewakili Tuan KPPD, Encik Dali anak Rain serta warga PPD Julau ingin
menzahirkan ucapan jutaan terima kasih kepada Puan Sermin Bang atas perkhidmatan beliau selama
___________________ dalam bidang pendidikan dan ________________________ di SK Nanga Lasi
sejak 21 Mac 2011.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I realized how time flies. It gives me great pleasure to say that we must recognize, respect and
appreciate all the valuable skills and knowledge our dear Madam Sermin had imparted onto our, the
future leaders and to thank her for all her effort and hard work. Of course, I know how painful it is, to
say goodbye to someone who is less of a teacher but more of a mother. However, we all need to express
our sincerest gratitude to her for all her uncommon contributions to realizing the educational
programmes and development of the school.

The ______ years she had spent imparting the right skills and knowledge onto the pupils, seems like it
was yesterday she started her teaching career. I have no doubt on my mind to say that she is an
achiever, open-minded, generous, knowledgeable, responsible and highly respected teacher.

Our Madam Sermin, she had put in great efforts in instilling tolerance, kindness, patience, onto our
future generations especially our children from SK Nanga Lasi. She had worked tirelessly, now it is time
to enjoy all that she had labored for all over the years. As she join the seniors of this great country,
together we pray for her good health. And Madam Sermin, may you find life after retirement a happy
moment with a lot of beautiful memories. I also pray that the knowledge and skills we have gained from
you are used well in building a greater nation and a healthy place for all to live.

There is a poem and I wish to dedicated this awesome poem to our Madam Sermin.

You started on this journey, so many years ago, and now its time to leave behind dear friends you’ve
come to know!

It seems to me that this was more than just a job to you. The passion and the love you have for teaching
shines right through.

You taught that there is more to life than being at the top. It’s in how you choose to get there, that the
blessings never stop.

You encouraged them to do their best and never mind their peers, to choose straight and narrow and to
overcome their fears.

I’ve often thought how powerful your influence must be. You turned each student’s world of dream into
possibilities.

Now I pray to God keeps you safe and well, whenever you may turn, surrounded by your loved-ones,
living out the dreams you’ve earned.

So never waste time wishing, that you could have done much more, time to watch those seeds you
planted grow, and trust God for what’s in store.

You are the best, I love you, Madam Sermin Bang.

On behalf of all of us, I wish you good luck and all the best for the rest of your life as you bow out after
spending meritorious _____ years teaching what you know how to do best.

Berkilau-kilau cincin permata,

Begitu indah cantiknya rupa,

Biarpun kelak jauh di mata,

Namun di hati tak akan dilupa.

Petang hari menuju ke ke Pekan,

Ingin membeli popia dan samosa,

Doa ikhlas kami hulurkan,

Semoga Puan sihat sentiasa.

Kalau ada jarum yang patah,
