1. Well, since the last four years, I am deeply
involved with my chosen field which is
accountancy. I could say I dedicated myself
to it and finished a degree of Bachelor of
Science in Accountancy as Summa Cum
Laude at University of Santo Tomas. Right
after finishing college, I took my fourth
licensure examination, the CPALE, and
luckily passed it. I am not used to doing
nothing and having a kind of dead air in my
career, so I immediately proceed to attending
workshops and seminars where I can
improve my knowledge and widen my scope
to my field.
2. My dream job is something where I can do
what I love and practice what my heart feels.
A job that will let me be analytic, creative, and
collaborative at the same time. A job that will
be grow as an individual and aid me to be
more proficient in my skills. Overall, it is a job
that makes me happy and busy at the same

4. As for my weakness, I could say that I am a
bit of a perfectionist. I tend to have the goal
of giving an absolute output with perfect
details. But, I’ve managed to overcome a part
of this and I’m currently helping myself to
totally overcome this through setting my
mindset. I constantly remind myself that
ideals are directions, not absolutes and that
looking at the bigger picture is better than
focusing on the nitty – gritty details.
5. In terms of my strengths, I am highly
motivated and very professional. I know how
to separate personal matters to those work-
related ones. I’m also hardworking, flexible,
and dependable. Along with my accounting
skills, my exposure to the field through
internship and my involvement in several
extracurricular activities have also taught me
to be a great collaborative team player and
an excellent relationship builder. Which also
proves my competent communication skills

will exceed the customer’s expectations. It

innovative products and ensure customer’s
satisfaction.

skills, qualifications, and credentials that is
required. I also embody the strong qualities
vital for the position. My analytical capability,
problem-solving skills, strategic mind, and
proficiency can make a huge contribution
toward this. My dedication to excellent work
standards will add value to the team and the

8. During my internship at Seambest Solutions
Inc, they had a difficult time to finish financial
statements due to unorganized journalizing
method. So, upon my arrival I was asked to
do the journalizing and so I discovered a way
to finish it more organize and faster. I
suggested to use the excel and I input
different formulas and operations that
automatically deduct or add values to the
statements. They’ve gladly accepted the
idea and was implemented from then on.
9. Yes, I consider myself successful. For me,
success is a continuous progress and the
feeling of satisfaction in doing your passion.
I try to achieve the goals I’ve set to myself
and work extremely hard to reach it. I want to
recognize myself as someone who has a
positive and progressive attitude who gives
her 100% to attain goals. Because success
is both the effort and the outcome.

11. Back in college, Mr. Enriquez constantly told
me that I am very well – prepared at all
 everything I do. There is no single time that I
came to school lacking anything. And I guess
that was one of the good things I heard that
really marked to me.

as an individual and I, myself, can contribute
to the company or is still an asset of it, I will

think that I am not. I could say that I am just

I am here to practice my degree and leverage

around the concept of flexibility, motivation,
teamwork, and communication. In order to
reach the desired goal, planning is the first
step I initiate to do. Afterwards, I delegate
tasks and implement strict sense of being
time bounded. I also add allowances for
unexpected occurrences to give time for
further action if needed.
17. Yes, I am. I can consider myself a companion
every leader would ever wanted to be in his
tea. I make sure to finish all assigned tasks
to me and reach out to my teams as well,
whenever needed. A strong support for this
claim is my involvement to team sports back
in high school and college. I’ve been in
badminton and volleyball for my senior years
and I’ve really developed a great sense of
cooperation with others since then.

in my perspective, the job is more important

internship that really loves from me is my
innovative mind. I always find solutions to

28. I can say that I’ve already been in a situation
bombarded with thousands of pressures all
directed to you. So, I’ve definitely learned
how to handle one. An example of this will be
a time when I was asked to represent the
region for a research competition. I only have
two weeks to finish everything, from chapters
4 – 5, and note, I am working alone. It was
like tons of paper works and It was nearly
impossible to finish everything on time. But, I
calmed myself down for a while and planned
everything I needed to do. Luckily, I was able
to finish my thesis on time and get ready for
the competition. A very intense and full of
pressure experience, yet I managed to ace it
through planning, hard – work, and tolerance
to stress

attending seminars that will fill the gap of my
qualifications. Additionally, I’ve been
exposed through my school years in wide
range of academic related activities where I
managed to gain qualities that fit the job
description. Also, I am a very quick learner
so I’m confident enough that I can catch up
to my lacking credentials through the
company itself.

preparing reports, financial statements and

I also know how to track discrepancies to

through my field is my first ever worksheet
back in Senior High School. We were asked
to finish an entire Service Business
worksheet within an hour. And for us, it is
very difficult to do. So, a day before we had
this little tutoring session and studied the
procedures together. I really gained a lot of
friends that day and we are still in good terms
up to now. I considered it fun because I’ve
improved my interpersonal skills and we all
passed that major activity in our career.

open to the fact that transferring might be a
good opportunity as well for my family, so

regretful mistake I could ever done. I made
an error in recording transactions in the
general ledger which eventually led to
incorrect statements. And so, I was tasked to
redo it again. This time, I recorded it more
precisely and I was more focused not to
make mistakes. Finally, I was able to redo
everything before the deadline. It was such
 a very disappointing situation but, I really
learned several lessons. I’ve corrected the
way I record in the general ledger, I became
more precise, more focused, and more
careful to my work. And I still brought these
qualities today.

be looking for his or her qualities such as
critical thinking, flexibility, interpersonal
capabilities, problem solving skills, and
motivated outlook. Another will be his or her

he or she already passed the CPALE and
had been exposed to the industry itself even
in internship

deny the fact that I have explored the
corporate world before even finishing my
degree through my various licensure
examination and internships. So, I really

we tend to be blind of ourselves and only
other people could see the flaws invisible to
our eyes. Therefore, criticism is the door for
us to modify and improve ourselves. It is an

50. Well, I am really an active person. I love
playing badminton since I was a little. I even
became part of our varsity team up to junior
high. I also love listening to music and writing
poems. They’re like the things that helps me
unwind after a very tiring day. It is also part
of my passion to make films. The freedom
you can do in generating ideas from scratch
is something that excites me. Up to now, I am
in a filming team with my best friends. Our
crew is composed of ten members and we’ve
been together for almost a decade now.
Obviously, my hobbies helped me build
relationships, know more about myself, and
find a healthy way to relieve stress.
