YES-O PROJECT

Title of Activity: YES-O Project

Location: Sta. Rosa Elementary School
Date: March 29, 2019
Summary/Process/How:
The YES-O Club of Sta. Rosa Elementary School putted-up project named
Recycling Station. The persons involved in this project were the YES-O Adviser
and officers. Before the implementation of the project, the adviser of the said club
made first a proposal of the project signed by the school head for the approval. As
the proposal approved, the project then started.

Actual Result/ Outcome:

Pupils learned the bad effect of pollution and how to prevent of it. They
make signage and put around the school premises.

Problems Encountered:
The preparations were done well. No major problems encountered.

Lesson Learned:

This project is made to sustain the cleanliness of the school and to promote
the Eco-Friendly Program.

Sustainability/Replication:

The teachers and pupils can benefit this project because they can easily
get materials from the station for the projects to be made especially in the EPP
and MAPEH subjects.
