This On-the-Job Training final report is the result of a mighty confluence of hardwork, patience,
persistence and eagerness to learn new ideas. It is the output of the consistent guidance and assistance
that indeed manifest to these people. All the opportunities that I have experienced, big or small ,will be
kept in mind solely.Without the inspiration and assurance that I had been carried from the people since day

and encouragement that you have given to me. All that I have done is truly an evidence of thy kindness and
hospitality. And so I would like to formally introduce these people that really portrays a smiles on their faces

supplies, conducting a trial mix, testing with the sample concrete and even communicating well with the
client and suppliers.

Mrs.Madelyn S. Ombion. It is an overwhelming feeling to have an encouragement and advice from my
beloved family. With the constant love they have given to me and helping me with my financial and
emotional aspects is what I also thanking for.

Last but not the least ,my greatest and deepest gratitude goes with God. I believe that what wil
