1. Wear your Identification Card inside and outside the campus.
2. Inform your friends who want to visit you to present to the guard their Identification Card and to sign in the log book. 3. Take extra care of your valuables as the host shall not take responsibility of them. 4. Return “lost and found” kits, bags, valuables, and their articles to the Assistance Desk for responsible identification of owners. 5. Wear your Identification Card inside and outside the campus. 6. If you wish to leave the billeting earlier than the closing program, a weaver signed by the delegation head shall be submitted to the School Head or Protocol Officer station at the Assistance Desk. 10. Keys for sleeping quarters must be left to the Key custodian station at the assistance desk leave the room and get the same when they return. 11. One coach shall take charge in the borrowing and returning beddings for every event. The in charge coach shall leave his/her valid Identification Card in the bedding in-charge upon release of the sets of beddings. 12. Delegates must sign the logbook every time they leave the billeting quarter for purpose other than the regular activities. 13. Silence shall strictly be observed within the campus especially during sleeping hours from 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM. 14. Cleanliness and orderliness must be observed inside this campus including the sleeping rooms. 15. In support in the proper waste management, waste shall be segregated and placed the proper trash bins provided within the campus. 16. Energy conservation must be observed. Faucets shall be properly closed. Chargers and electric fans must be unplugged and electric lights must be switched off after using. 17. Occupants for every quarter responsible for any property damage incurred during the RSPC and NMRAA whether intentional and accidental. 18. No gambling, smoking and drinking of liquor inside the campus. 19. Fire arms and other deadly weapons are not allowed inside the campus. 20. Curfew time shall be 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
