Guidelines
 Seminar Report should be based on any specialized area/topic by doing
literature survey, understanding different aspects of the problem and
arriving at a status report in that area of your interest.
 Use of word processing software such as MSWord, Star-Office or Latex is a
must.
 No. of copies required are Two with spiral bound. (One for Department
Library and one for student)
 Page numbers Times new Roman 11 font centered
 All the Page Headings 16 Bold Times New Roman.
o Side Headings 14 Times New Roman
o Side Sub-Headings 12 Times New Roman
o Any body text content is 11 font Times New Roman 1.5 Paragraph
spacing
 Number of pages should be at least 20 papers of A4 size with one side
printing.
 Seminar is evaluated for 100 marks.
 No Supplementary exam will be conducted for seminar.

Instructions for oral presentation

 The presentation will be for 12 minutes followed by 13 minutes of question

answers.
 Presentation has to be made using PC and LCD projector.
 The presentation should be limited to 12 slides (including links). The first
slide should give the title and objectives of the project. Not more than 2 slides
should be devoted to the state of the art. The last slide should be on
conclusions of the problem.
 All fonts on the slides should be between font sizes 24 and 32.
