• Payout Structure that we introduced in November 2017 saw bigger
rewards for you!

success & enhanced customer experience, we bring to you the new
Payout Structure
• More Effort → Bigger Reward
• With this new Payout structure, you will have more opportunities to
earn Incentives (Introducing: Spike Incentive)
• Amazon has zero tolerance towards business non-compliance

• The payout will be applicable to all sellers launched from 1st August
2018, onwards

Core Payout

Criteria
• You will be eligible for 1 of the 3 slabs for every seller launch. For SKU count calculation, we will not
consider combo pack and bundle offers

• Additional INR 1000 per seller in case seller is launched with >=70% of SKUs in the preferred categories –
Watches, Baby, Beauty, Luggage, Toys and Games, Pet Supplies

• No Payout will be made in case the seller is launched in any of the following categories/with the following
products (No Payout categories) –
Books, Sarees & Dress Materials, Home, Automotive, Jewelry, Software, Mobile Phone cases, Mobile
Phone Covers & Mobile Phone screen guards

• The Order fulfillment payout will be paid at a one month lag

*Eligibility: only if the seller is launched with at least 70% SKUs under these 2 criteria

Frequently Asked Questions
• How many days should the ATES help sellers to fulfill their orders?

You will continue to help the sellers fulfill their orders for 30 days from the date of launch
• Will Variations be counted in SKU count for Core payout?
Yes, variations of parent product will be considered in SKU count at launch. However, combo packs & bundled offers will not be considered for
SKU count at launch
• Can the ATES charge sellers to launch them in “No payout” categories?
No, you are not allowed to charge any seller for launch as per ATES program policy

• Will the ATES be paid for order fulfillment of sellers launched in “No Payout” category?

No, you will not be paid for order fulfillment for sellers launched in “No payout” category. However, this seller’s performance will be counted in
your portfolio SCR
• If sellers add SKU after launch, will ATES get paid for it?
No. You will be paid basis the slabs for SKUs at launch only
• What is the maximum Spike Incentive that I can earn?
As a spike Incentive, you can earn INR 1,000 only if either of the two parameters are satisfied – launch from provided brand list, or launch in the
recommended RBN- price range combination
• Are the preferred categories & no payout categories subject to change?
Yes, these categories may change after every 2-3 months. We will inform you 15-20 days in advance before the changes are implemented

• Will the ATES be paid if some of the SKUs added are from “no payout” category?

SKUs from “No payout” category will not be considered for calculating core payouts
