OBJECTIVES  To love oneself by practicing healthy lifestyle
 To wash hands properly before and after meals

ACTIVITIES Pre Lesson:

Teacher shows a video. Pupils watch and sing along.

Activity 1
1. Teacher asks pupils “How do you keep yourself clean?”
2. Pupils will take turn to answer.
3. Teacher writes the answers on the board.

Activity 2
1. Pupils sit in group.
2. Teacher gives a set of pictures and pupils rearrange them according to the
right steps.
3. Pupils paste the pictures on an A3 paper and display them.
4. Gallery Walk. (Teacher and pupils)

Activity 3
1. Teacher demonstrates the steps to wash hands properly.
2. Pupils will mimic the teacher’s actions.
3. Hands-on:
A. Teacher and pupils follow the steps in the right order.

ACTIVITIES Pre Lesson:
1. How do you keep yourself healthy?
2. What type of food do you usually eat?
3. How many times do you exercise?

Teacher shows a video. Pupils watch the video.

Activity 1
1. Teacher asks questions based on the video.
2. Pupils list down the good and bad habits of the caterpillar.
3. Teacher explains healthy habits (healthy meals and exercises)

Activity 2
1. Pupils sit in group.
2. Teacher gives a set of pictures and pupils sort them according to the right
categories: Healthy vs Unhealthy
3. Pupils paste the pictures on an A3 paper.
4. Pupils present their work.

Activity 3
1. Teacher demonstrates some moves.
2. Pupils follow the teacher’s actions.
3. Teacher and pupils dance to the music.
