SUBJECT ATTENDANCE TO NATIONAL BOARD AND NATIONAI

EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, REGIONAL COUNCIL,
PROVINCIAL FEDERATION AND CITY CHAPTER
MEETINGS, REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAI ASSEMBLIES
AND OTHER REGULAR ACTIVITIES OF THE PHILIPPINE
COUNCILORS LEAGUE

Sectron 14, Article XVIII of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBI) of thc Phrhppinc
Councilors League (PCL), provides for the conduct of regular meetings of the lea.gucs National
Boatd, National Execut-ive Officers, ltegional Council, Provincizrl llederation and City Cirapter
Officers, as well the Regional Council and Provincial lrederation assernblics.

Such regular acuvities arm to sustain the PCL's current organizational achievements, as
well as to provide a venue to discuss new programs at the national, regtonal and provincial levels.

In view of the above, and upon the request of Councilor Damlo C. Dayanghuang, National
Chatlman and Councilor Luis C. Sirgson, National Presidcnt, PCL, all Ciq' Nlayors and lVlumcipal
Mayors are encoulAged to allow theil sanggunian members who are Natronai Board Mcrnbers,
National Executive Offlcers, and Regional, Provincial or City Chapters Officers, to attend the said
meetings, on official business.

lfhe payment of apphcable traveling expenses, and a registration fee, if any, rnay be
authorized jn accordance with, and subject,to applicable limitatrons prescribcd rn COA Ct'cLrlar
No.2012-003 dated Octobet 29,201.2, chargeable against available local funds ancl to the usual
accounting and auditing requiremcnts and to all pertinent laws, rr:les and regr-rlations.

The PCI- Nauonal Presidcnt shall submit a Post-Acuvity Report to the Sccretary of
Interior anci Local Government, tlrough the Director of the Bureau of l,ocal Governrnent
Supervision, within fifteen (15) days after the conduct of the said activity, with the foJlowmg
prescribed format:

I. Execuuve l3rief;
II. List of Participants;
III. Ouqruts of Technical Sessions;
IV. Issues and Agreements or Recommendations, tf any;
V. 'I'otal Fees and Disbursements; and
VL Appendices, if any.
 It is understood that this authority cloes not cover national conventiotts, isiand congresses
or similar undertahings participated in by League membels ftom two oI lf-Iofe regions'

Al1 DILG Regional Directors are hereby clirected to cause the widest
dissemination of dris
issuance to all concernecl local author-ities within their respective areas
of iurisdictrons'

Alt DILG issuances inconsistent herewith is hereby revoked.
