I was given a channel summary report of 2019 and I have to find out how did they calculate the target price for next year and also do the analysis of distributors with more than 500(million) Target.
DAY-16: 4th June, 2019:
Next day, I had to find the level of inventory a distributor holds in each quarter and had to compare it with bills of material of the sales company. A proper analysis of Channel Partner sales.
DAY-17:6th June, 2019:
I continued with the analysis of channel partner summary using MS-Excel as a medium to do the analysis.
Day-18: 7th June, 2019:
My mentor asked me to do a study about elements of costs, techniques of costing and main focus are would be of standard costing.

Learn about various duties and Freight charges which are imposed according to Indian Custom duty based on your product type. How do we calculate the final percentage of tax that should be included in the price being quoted to the distributor? DAY-22: 13TH June, 2019: Through analysis and understanding of Duties including H.S. classification, basic custom duty, Education Cess, Cess and IGST.
