II.ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

The Supreme Student Government-Commission of Election of Himoga-an

Baybay Integrated School, being the highest governing organization of the school
will spearhead the conduct of the election of Grade 7 Representative for School
Year 2018-2019. The activity aims to promote leadership within and among the
students, develop participation of students towards activities in the school and
build good rapport towards other club/organizations and officers. The schedule
for the election is on July 27, 2018 (3-5pm) at Himoga-an Baybay Senior High
School Campus.

Teachers and Class Advisers:

Please be informed that the office of the Commission on Election will be spearheading an
election today, August 7, 2018 for the new set of Grade 7 Supreme Student Government
(SSG) Representative for the School Year 2018 – 2019.

In line with this, COMELEC officers and representatives from your class/advisory will
conduct the said activity at the HBIS-Main campus from 9 A.M until 12 noon today, August
6, 2018. Please excuse them from your classes.
