Affidavit of Financial Sponsorship

We, Md. Shajahan S/o Md. Abdul Mannan and Mrs. Aleya Begum W/o Md. Shajahan, presently
residing at Flat# A-11, Mehedi Tower, 611, Mehedibug, Chittagong citizen of Bangladesh by
birth, do hereby declare and affirm that we are the parents of Md. Mashiur Rahman who intends
to undertake a study program (Graduate diploma) in Business under Auckland University of
Technology (AUT), Auckland, New Zealand.

We, do hereby, further unequivocally declare and affirm that we are going to provide to his total
funding for meeting the costs of tuition, maintenance and all other living expenses including
meet the cost of the applicants travel to and from New Zealand, when and for whatever reason
such travel may be necessary. Support of this sponsorship, we declare and confirm that we have
a really liquid fund to fulfill the commitment hereof.

We acknowledge that we understand that our guarantee will apply while the applicant is a
student in New Zealand and/or hold a visa granted for that purpose.

We enclosed original evidence and certified copies of evidence of money deposit with a financial
institution. A financial institution is a body corporate that, as part of its normal activities, takes
money on deposit and makes advances of money, and does so under a regulatory regime
governed by Bangladesh Bank.
