Business Model Canvas Note Sheet

Directions. Answer the following questions during the webinar to get a sense for how
the Business Model works. After the webinar, do a deeper dive using your notes as a
baseline. Use the webinar worksheets to do more detailed analyses and to flesh out
your customer profile. Compare the webinar notes to your more refined business
model canvas to see the evolution. Use the more refined version of your business
model canvas to flesh it out and serve as the basis for a full blown business plan.
Remember, your business model could change over time in response to market
conditions and the results of your experimenting with different approaches.

4. How will you establish and maintain relationships with your customers?

5. What are your customers willing to pay for (Value Propsitions)? What are the
revenue streams for each of these Value Propositions?

6. What Key Resources will you need to complete each building block of the
Business Model? (acquire customers; offer a unique value proposition; access
communication, distribution and sales channels; maintain customer relationships;
generate revenues; maintain operations and maintain key partners?
7. In what Key Activities will you engage in order to create value?

8. What Key Partnerships will you maintain? Why? What activities will you do in-
house? Which activities will you outsource?
