Working in the capacity of Lecturer I was assigned the task to teach finance

My Responsibilities: As a MBA COORDINATOR I do:

 Assist in courses allocation to the students.

 Maintain proper record of each semester course outlines (both hard &
soft copies).
 Assuring timely preparation of question papers & timely submission of
the same to the examination department.
 Keeping a proper secure record of all question papers in soft form.
 Conducting & participating official meetings of the department as well
as the university.
 Arranging seminars and workshops relating to management sciences.
 Arranging guest speakers to enhance the knowledge of the students as
well as the faculty.
 Recommending faculty training and development activities.
 Arranging substitute teachers for a sudden absentee of a teacher from
a class.
 Duties arrangement of the faculty for examinations & other occurring
events.
 Assist in preparation of time table of classes.
