Problems encountered
First issue encountered by the team was the polo shirt, we had an
agreement with Ms. Jada Cruz, the owner of Brand House and Milktees
printing but she didn’t follow our agreement like the design was not followed,
there are dirt in the polo shirt, there are stitches that are not aligned well and
there are rejected, we proved lapses in her side including the deadline was not
followed, she didn’t show up for many time and lastly she file a complaint and
make us the antagonist of the story but we since we proved the lapses she
made, we stand for our right and return the polo shirt, she was forced to fix our
uniform, there are shirts that are still with them because they make a new one
due to rejection. Another issue is the stall, we are limited to our resources so
we just outsourced a worker to work on our stall, one of the Elixir Enterprise
member’s father volunteered to work on it but the man power was not enough,
so it took time to finish it but when things are already settled about the stall
another issue occurred which is the target market, the Brgy. Commonwealth
issued us a permit to sell in the place but the time we are asking a permission
to them as we put up the stall they told us that a clearing operation is ongoing
to the area and there are possibility to pull-out our stall, so we went to the Brgy
to negotiate with them but they still don’t allow us.
Elixir Enterprise didn’t meet the target requirement on the first half of the
operation due to the suspensions because of the holidays and weather, We
had a lot of learnings after the business implementation 2. All struggles from
the start was converted in to a positive outcome to everyone of us, We start to
deal with our mistakes, face the challenges and be brave enough to move for
it, to do what are necessaries, to forget the negativities and lastly, to look
forward for a brighter days to come.

QUEZON CITY POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY
I have so many that I learned from the business implementation, First is
cooperation in the team is very important it includes the consideration,
Adjustment, Accepting on other members. 2nd is Perseverance which includes
having patience being hard-worker in every circumstances in the team, the
determination to sells our products and gain sales, I therefore conclude that this is
a great experience to me.

Marcos, Mary Ann Paula (Production Staff)
Business Implementation is a challenging subject / job for me. I learn that I
must extend my patience, understand the situation of others and work as a part of
a big family. A single skill and knowledge is not enough if there is no one to back-
up the plan. Respect, cooperation and responsibility is a must. Submission is not
enough without obedience.

team to achieve our goals. We need to unite as one and be more responsible and
do our task as a member of a team to become successful in our implementation
51
QUEZON CITY POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY
My reflection about the Business Implementation is I learned o lot of things
like you need to have a long patient when it comes you have an organization you
encounter different types of personality as a person. I learned to have creative
mindset how to deal a needs a wants of every that we encounter in every selling, I
totally prove that we are a risk taker we risk an ourselves and invest our without
knowing if we have profit we lose in battle of being Entrepreneur.
