Description : The objective of the project is every staff can raise complaint regarding
the problem on computers in the organization. It focuses on basic operations in an organization like raising
call report, view status, updating status, sending mail when problem of computer is fixed.It is designed by
using the Java. It main aim is to overcome the defects of manual complaint system.
