Sir,
Sealed quotations are hereby invited for supply of under mentioned items from
reputed firms:-
(i) Super Deluxe wooden sofa set (rates Per seat) made of teak wood
(exposing) with lacquer polish having cushion of ISI mark with 4”
thickness and 40 density, upholstered with velvet/leatherite/good quality
tapestry (in the range of Rs. 300/sq.mtr. sample to be verified before
finalisation).
(ii) Centre table(rates per square ft.) made of teak wood duly lacquer polished,
having top of 18mm commercial board laminate with 1mm sun mica of
ISI mark/10mm glass top, with lower top of teak wood jail.
(iii) Computer table in teak board with facility for keeping CPU, UPS and
Printer.
(iv) Office Table (rates per square feet) having wooden top of 19 mm
commercial board with 1mm good quality(ISI mark) sun-mica on top and
sides, edges with teak molding of 1.5”-2” duly lacquer polished, having all
the storage facility like drawers/cupboard, along with side table(if
required).
(v) Glass top for office table (rates per square feet)
(vi) Executive chair high back/low back, revolving, tilting facility with good
quality tapestry.
(vii) Wooden storage unit(per square feet) in teak wood with lacquer
polish/commercial board with 1 mm sun mica(ISI marked).
(viii) Steel file cabinet having three file drawers.
(ix) Steel Almirah with four shelves.
(x) Steel Rack with 2/3/4 shelves.
(xi) Tiles vitrified 2’x2’, kajaria/Johnson and Johnson/orient including fixing
on existing floor.

Quotation should reach this office on or before07.05.2007. Quotation should be

submitted in sealed cover super scribed as “Quotation for furniture”.
