INTRODUCTION
In this study we want to discover how plant grows if distance varies. In many
scientific experiments plants may be specified by the different studies that are being
conducted in line with plants. In our study we are so desperate on discovering how plant
The effect of different plant spacing are influenced by the interactions between the
upper layer and the lower layer of the ground that are more eloquent effects of nutrients
competition in roots on the growth of the plant. Narrow spaced plants are more likely to
Plant spacing varies with the growth of plants and the growing environments.
Distinctive planting patterns such as narrow spacing, wide – narrow rows and multiple –
plant hill plots have been developed in grain yields under different growing conditions.
Individual plants always fight for nutrition, water and root space. Reports are available
regarding root nutrients under different plant spacings. (Jiang, Wang, Wu, Dong, Lie and
Zhang, 2013)
We are motivated on our study to be conducted. It will help us, not just us but also
to farmers that different spacing patterns affects the growth of the plant.
Purpose Statement
The purpose of this study is to discover if distance has effect to the growth of the
plants.
The overall objective of this study is to determine the effect of distance to the plants
growth.
The people that will benefit this study are the following:
The farmers and agriculturist to know the effectiveness of plant’s distance to its
growth.
controlled environment.
To the future researchers, this research will serve as a guide relates to your
acquired study.
Hypotheses
The plant growth may vary depending on the distance of a plant. If the distance of
the plant is far from each other the plant grows higher than overcrowded plants.
Conceptual Framework
Plant Distance
Growth
Figure 1. The Conceptual Framework of the Study
The above figure shows that the growth of the plant depends on the distance of
the plant. The plant’s growth varies depending on the distance of the plant.
Definition of Terms
This section is operationally defined on how the terms are used in the study.
Soil- The upper layer of earth that may be dug or plowed and in which plants grow.
