passengers,
At least three mqior BORO poris have
been developed in southern Cebu like Taloot,
Argao, Cebu to Tagbiliran, Bohol; Liloan'
Santander, Cebuto Sibulan, Negros Oriental
and Baio, Samboan, Cebu to Tampi in l,{Wros
Oriental and Dapitan Ctty in Zamboanga
del Norte.
.Arroyo admitted that the
maintenance of these RORO p.orts had
an off and on budgeting depending on
the administration.
However, she was thanldul to President
Rodrigo Duterte, who acknowledged the
project and development and maintenance
of financial allocations have been
appropriated from the annual General
Appropriations Act.

cited that Argao-Tagbiliran had 181'703
passengers and 1,900 vessels in 2017
while in 2018, it had 824,273 passengers
and 1,619 vessels.
