We were introduced with the guests speakers who told us about the automobile industry and
what they gave us the knowledge of how the vendors work for the automobile industry and on
the big side how they they are working with the big three giats of the automobile industry of
the Pakistan. They told us that the employees are being trained in the special training sessions
on how they have to work with their companies and for the profits of the organization means
they are being traind for how they are going to do work for the automobile companies.

Autoparts Manufacturers ( Rubber and Plastic):

They are basically making different and original automobile parts for the automobile companies
in Pakistan and abroad as well.
They come basically in two parts and the first part is of making of replicable automobile spare
parts and the other is they are making products for their exports that they are sending in the
different countries for different automobiles businesses. And the myth is that the products for
the Pakistani markets are different and the products for the other markets outside the Pakistan
are different like if we talk about the Japanese market then we could say according to myth
that the products in Japanese markets are of different quality as compared to the Pakistani
market. But in reality that are of the same quality.
The problem that we have to solve in Pakistan in our automobile industry is that we have to
rebrand our automobile industry in Pakistan. The policies regarding to the automobile industry
were made in 2006, 2012 and 2016 respectively that were not really very good enough. The
masinstream problem that OEMS is currently facing in Pakistan is that the Pakistani automobile
industry is not very much high tech and is not very good in innovating technology and there has
been no change in the automobile industry of Pakistan since 38 years.
Pakistan automobile industry doesn’t have new machinery and they are working on the second
hand products or the machinery which is the bad aspect or drawback in the loss of the market
share of the Pakistani automobile industry and if they want to get some progress in the
Pakistan then they should take some steps to improve their quality of work so that they can
lead their industry in the country and can take it to the outside world.
Millat tractor is the only company in Pakistan which is producing the 100 percent good quality
tractor engines in Pakistan and HOAX is the company who was supplier of FX and then became
vendor of Honda and Toyota in Pakistan. Automobile industry in Pakistan Is changing because
new entrants are increasingand the big challenge for the automobile industry is that skilled
labour is not available as the new entrants come there is a shortage of the skilled labour so we
have to cover this gap by giving training to the unemployed people to boost our industry of
automobile and our economy.
