1. Scope
This SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) document illustrates the disassembly and module
replacement of CAMINO-201. It contains the following subjects;
1). Disassembly of CAMINO-201;including the removal of rear panel, RF Module, MKD Module and
Power Module.
2). Assembles of CAMINO-201; basically the reverse procedures of item 1).
3). Module Replacement Procedures;including RF Module, MKD Module and Power Module.

3). Open rear panel
4). Disconnect the following four cable connectors (as shown in Figure 2) linking rear panel and the
interior PCBs, including
a). Data cable connector.
b). Power cable connector.
c). GPS antenna cable connector.
d). VHF antenna cable connector.

5). Front panel and rear panel of CAMINO-201 are then completely separated as shown in Figure 3.

3). Release the cables from cable clips. Figure 5 shows three cables are fixed by cable clips and Figure
6 shows their releases.

5). Remove RF module and will reveal the main body of CAMINO 201 as shown below in Figure 8.

2.3 Disassembly of Power Module
The 5 modules of CAMINO-201 can be seen as showed in Figure 9.
The following two steps are needed to remove power module from the main body of CAMINO 201;
1). Three connecting cables as shown in Figure 10 are unplugged first,
a). Cable to power switch board.
b). Cable to LED board.
c). Cable to MKD board.

2). Screw off four screws from power module PCB to remove power module.

2.4 Disassembly of MKD Module
After removing the RF module, MKD module can be accessed and removed.
The following two steps are needed to remove MKD module from the main body of CAMINO 201;
1). Unplug five cables between MKD module and other PCBs as shown in Figure 13. These five cables
are;
a). Cable between Key pad module.
b). Cable between power module.
c). Cable between RF module.
d). Two cables between LCD module.

2). Screw off four screws from MKD module and remove it.

1). Place the power module on the right fixing position of front panel.

3.2 Assembly of MKD Module

3). Connect the six cables of MKD module to other PCBs, including
a). Cable to key pad module.
b). Cable to power module.
c). Cable to RF module.
d). Two cables to LCD module.
e). Cable to data port connector.

3.3 Assembly of RF Module

3). Connect the following cables to the right positions, including.
a). Power cable_1 of RF module.
b). Power cable_2 of RF module.
c). Data cable from MKD module.

5). Assemble rear panel to the main body of CANIMO-201. (Refer to Section 3.4).

3.4 Assembly of Rear Panel to CAMINO-201
1). Connect the cables between rear panel and front panel.
a). Data cable.
b). Power cable.
c). GPS antenna cable.
d). VHF antenna cable.
