TASK
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and
helping resolve work-related problems.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF HRM

• Develop and formulate, implement and review HR strategies, objectives and policy to be in line with company's operation and direction.
• Responsible to manage employee conflicts and provide counselling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances to conduct domestic
enquiries and manage industrial relations as and when required.
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR spectrum functions which include recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training &
development, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations.
HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
TASK
• Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance
evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
• Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production,
supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
• Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
• Provide assistance in administering employee benefit programs and worker's compensation plans.
• Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information
