CHAPTER I

INTRODUCTION

This Chapter Presents the Background of Study, The Statement of the

Problem, the Significance of study and the Scope and Delimitations.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

The Mandatory Haircut is Implemented at School they may not seem

Important especially to the Short Sighted People but it actually Plays a
vital role in Society because at young age Students are thoughts to
conform the law to become more Discipline members in Society.

And as it is said in Education Act of 1982 sec. 70 Rule Making Authority-
The Minister Education , Culture and Sports charged with the Administration
and Enforcement of this Act, shall Promulgate the necessary Implementing
Rules and Regulations. It simply means that the Administration can
Implement Rules, We should Study Mandatory Haircut to Determine what
are the Impact and how to Avoid this Problem has Impacts to the
Personality among Students.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

Generally, the Main Focus of Study is to identify all about the

Relationship between the Mandatory Haircut and Personality of Senior High
School Male Students in Don Jose M. Ynares Sr. Memorial National High
School.

Specially, this would attempt to find the answers to the following

questions:

1. What are the Impacts of the Mandatory Haircut affects the Personality
of the Senior High School Male Students?
2. How Does the Mandatory Haircut affects you?

SIGNIFACANCE OF THE STUDY

The Result and the Findings of this Study about Mandatory Haircut
to the Personality of Senior High School Male Students will both
Benefit the Following:

STUDENTS- To be Aware today they must obey the School`s Rules

and Regulations to what will happen if they continue to be a
deviant they will have an idea what will be the consequences.

TEACHERS- To have an idea and to determine the different Impacts

of Mandatory Haircut to the grade 11 Male Students.

ADMINISTRATION- To Stablish law that will suit to the situation of
Senior High School.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

The Study will be conducted in Don Jose M. Ynares Sr.

Memorial National High School. The Participants Will be selected
Grade 11 Male Students from the said School. The Study will aim to
identify the Impact of Mandatory Haircut to the Personality among
Male Students. The Researcher will conduct information by means of
observations and interviews.
