Founded in 2004, Shanghai Dunke Machinery Co.,

Ltd., which is located in the center of Fengcheng
Town, Fengxian District of Shanghai , is only 15
minutes' drive from Shanghai Lingang FTA for heavy
machinery. The company, with a site area of 22000
㎡ , a production area of 11000㎡ , a registered
capital of 5 million yuan and fixed assets more than
40 million yuan, has passed the ISO9001:2000
quality system certification as early as 2008. With
years of experience in hydraulic fluid industry, the
company can provide customers with complete sets
of hydraulic technology solutions. In 2012, the
company successfully developed the rotary
actuator and obtained a number of R&D patents,
which is well recognized by customers in practical
use.

Internal structure of products

Operational principle of the actuator: The linear piston movement is
converted to the rotary movement of rotating shaft by the internal two-
stage screw pair.
Main features
Compact structure
In order to ensure the compact structure of the actuator body for a larger
spiral angle, the piston stroke is thus greatly reduced.
High load capability
DKX series rotary actuator adopts the integral rolling bearings, no
additional external bearings are required for withstanding the thrust load,
radial load and bending moment load.
Zero leakage
Using robust PTFE, polyurethane and nitrile rubber seals, each product
will be tested separately for the sealing performance before shipment.
Through holes can be processed on the shaft according to
requirements
As the shaft is made of alloy steel,through holes can increase the stability
of the additional dynamic load, which can also be used as piston rods,
hydraulic hoses or cable channels.
Direct load mounting
In order to ensure the compact structure of the actuator body for a larger
spiral angle, the piston stroke is thus greatly reduced.

High load capability

The mounting flange and shaft is a whole, which avoids the gap
with the key connection; therefore, the same flange can also be
machined on the other side of the shaft.
Customized modules
Shafts, housings, pistons, thrust rings and some basic components
are in stock, for which some can be ordered according to customer's
requirements. Products made of stainless steel materials or with
special coating or heat treatment are also available for other harsh
environments.
Bounce
Aerial working platforms, cradles, rotating arms and other
equipment require small bounce. The bounce angle depends on the
machining accuracy. Due to seal wear caused by the bounce, our
products require that the bounce angle less than 0.5°.
Output torque
Due to the same size on both sides of the piston, the output torque
remains the same during clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of
actuator. As the bearing is subject to high thrust and friction, the
output torque is affected by the maximum bending moment to be
withstood by the actuator body.

Balance valve
Since the rotary actuator is sometimes subject to the effects of load
and negative rotation torque during rotary movement of its drive workpieces
under some application conditions, balance loops are required. The rotary
actuator can run stably with low impact through back pressure of the balance
valve, thereby protecting the user's host and other equipment. Sometimes,
throttle valves are required to be in front series with the balance valve to
achieve better effects (for specific requirements, calculate the customer's
conditions, and please consult the Technical Department of Dunke Company
for details)

View refers to the output torque of the rotary

actuator at thenormal operating pressure of 135bar
The return stroke of the DKX-E series single-acting rotary actuator replies on the
spring return. The output torque of the series will be reduced accordingly at
135bar of the oil pressure. In addition, the closed torque of the rotary actuator
will be smaller gradually relative to this series as the time is longer due to the
fatigue effect of the return spring in the daily work. Therefore, regularly check
and replace the return spring!
