My name is Claudio, I’m single, at work I worked as a group leader, generating a pleasant
and efficient work environment, I’m an empathetic, proactive and responsible person, I
decided to apply to this company for its great prestige in the field.

2) Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your goals?

I am going to travel to Dubai with my girlfriend for a big work contract, and my goal is to
manage jobs around the world.

3) Why do you want to work with us?

For its great prestige in the field and long trajectory in the construction of buildings.

4) What do you know about us?

You are a great company that is dedicated to the construction of buildings all over the
world.
5) Describe your weaknesses and strengths. (How do you cope with your
weaknesses?)
My strengths are to be proactive, creative and efficient. My weaknesses are to be very
anxious, in which I’m working with a psychologist to deliver the best results in my work
performance.

6) What are your capabilities and achievements?

I was in charge of the construction of 3 condominiums in the south of Chile.

7) What do you think about team work? Do you prefer to work alone or in a team?
Why?
It’s a very good way of achieving goals. I think we all win by working as a team.

8) What would your colleagues say about you?

They would say that I am empathetic, responsible, efficient and proactive.
 9) What are your salary expectations/requirements?
My salary expectation is 2000 dollars. (two thousand dollars)

10) Why do you think we should hire you?

Because I’m the best at what I do.

Two workers fight over false comments from one to another.

That is resolved by speaking, reaching agreements for both workers.
