Business Summary:

What is Cómo Estás? When did it started? If you love hanging out with friends, gathering
with your love ones, or if you are planning to have a reunion with your old friends, then Cómo
Estás Food Club is the right place for you. Cómo Estás is a Spanish word which means “How are
you?. Mr. Raymond Gonzales, the founder, come up with this idea to build a food park wherein
relatives, peers, and family can gather again and to spend time with each other after a long week,
a long school semester, or not being able to meet after a long time. Mr. Gonzales describe the
place as “Kamustahan” which means a place for sharing and updating. Cómo Estás is established
on April 3, 2017. It is now on its second year and many things had improved. It is located at
9050 Silang By-pass road E. Aguinaldo Highway Silang, Cavite 4118.

- Small capacity to accommodate a big number of customers.

- The cool climate of Tagaytay gives them additional attraction to the customers.
- Peak season for this summer.

- Other competitor market like amusement parks, restaurants, malls in Tagaytay.
- The stall inside the Food Park might close and transfer to another place resulting to net
loss.

Since our original plan was intended to target the middle class group/people specially as
much as possible we aim teenagers who is very active at this kind of food park because it is quite
trending or famous right now, for their capabilities of spending money to buy goods and stuff,
for their easy ways of coming to the place without problem. The most precise target for us would
be families and peer groups, because of the bond they tend to celebrate coming to our place. Yet
we should not be limiting ourselves for it. Wherein we should also welcome all people who wish
to celebrate and go to our place, it is because it will still benefit us.

Como Estas offers good quality product service and also innovates from time to time in order to provide
more value to the customers as well as to capture a big share to the market. We insure customer's
satisfaction with our well trained staffs, licensed stalls, and also food that has a unique taste. Our good
quality product service aims to focus on giving satisfaction beyond our customers' demands in order to
get repeat clients, referrals and to have a good reputation to the market. Our Motto is "A place to hang
with" so that if your friends or relatives wants to hang, Como Estas will be your number one option.
Price

The result of our good product service greatly affects our production cycle as the customer increases and
multiply. In this case, we charge a little bit pricey in order to maintain the good service that we have today.
Our revenue simply revolves to research, staff enhancing, quality check and upgrade of equipments and
most specially place expansion as our customer increases. We are also seek to have a partnership with
some organization just like homeowners near our establishment to to offer exclusive pricing options. We
also provide some coupons as a reward for our loyal customers.

Place

Our one and only establishment is along tagaytay national road and it is very accessible by public utility
vehicles. Since it is located at Tagaytay, expect a cool climate to compliment with your hang out with
friend and in order to enjoy your stay at the establishment. We also have a facebook page which is very
important to the customer for you to have a sneak peak about our location and what our service is all
about.
