Marketing Strategy for PGD (Halal)
Introduction
Post graduate diploma on Halal Industry is especially for those Muslims/ Non Muslims who
have keen interest on learning about Halal industry. This distance learning program have been
developed by experts of Halal industry, Shariah scholars and recommended by the specialists of
this field. We have collaboration with various Universities, Research Institutes, Government
agencies and professionals who have authority in Halal industry.
Post Graduate Diploma has so many dimensions at its stock. It is not only helpful in the
expansion of Halal industry, but also introduces new array of talent for the promotion of Halal
industry. Halal Research council is the only organization who provides and organizes training
sessions for the development of Halal industry. From the platform of AlHuda CIBE & Halal
Research council, more than 10,000 professionals have been certified and the scope of such
diploma is intensifying day by day.
The Diploma is intended to impart the comprehensive knowledge industry with its true

We should increase our strategic partnership with different organization who are
involved in Halal food promotion locally.
b. Volunteer’s
We will gather the volunteer’s from throughout the Pakistan, mostly focused on the
Universities who have Food departments or the universities who deal in animal
sciences. So, that we can reach our specific local market. Because word of mouth means
a lot.
c. Media Partners of all the Events related to Halal & Food
We should be the media partners of all the events which relate to the Halal and food,
and should not miss any opportunity to represent ourselves in such kind of events.
d. Laison with Universities & Agricultural sciences institutes
We will in touch with the Universities and Agricultural sciences Institutes, as this is how
we can get nominations from our institutions.
e. Collection of the directories of the Food & Non-Food chemicals industries
There will be a data bank of the chemical industries all over Pakistan.
f. Government departments related to foods, certification & Accreditation
We will collaborate with the government departments related to Foods, certification &
Accreditation.
g. Certification Agencies related to Food & Agriculture
We will do a marketing campaign on the certification agencies related to Food &
Agriculture
This will attract the people for our course.
h. Food equipment Providers
We will let this in the knowledge of the food equipment providers, which will in turn
may nominate their staff members for Post Graduate Diploma.

There should be article writing each month throughout the year, this will how we will
remain in the media, and it shows our presence.
b. Press Releases
There will be a number of frequent press releases twice in a month throughout the year.
c. Blog
There will be a blog which will be continuously updated
d. Local market Magazine
We will publish a local market magazine to capture the local market.
e. Social Media Network
We will manage a account in each of the social media websites like LinkedIn, twitter,
face book etc.
f. Documents sharing sites
We will update our promotional documents on document sharing sites like slide share
etc
g. Photo Sharing
We will update our conferences, workshop and interviews photos on different photo
sharing websites.
h. Introductory Video
We will make an introductory video of the course and will share it in the social media; it
will cover all the queries related to the course which can come in the mind of the target
market.
a. Mega Conferences
There should be held one mega conference each Year, in which speaker and
nominations would come all around the world.
b. Workshops
There should be held one workshop each month.
c. Trainings
There should be held trainings after each 4 months interval.
d. Customized Training Program
There should be held customized training workshops as per the requirements of our
clients, we would design certain trainings and their contents which would be according
to the required event.
