The SAP ABAP Developer will play a key role in providing technical design and programming
perspective to complex business & system scenarios. This role gives opportunity to deliver various
development solutions for different business or technical requirements with close cooperation together
with the S4I functional and consultants. OOPs experience is a must.

What you will do?

 Be responsible for technical design, coding, unit testing, technical documentation and walkthroughs
for all assigned SAP related projects to support company business and operational needs
 Ensure software developed follows the defined programming standards and follow the code/design
review processes
 Do software design, development, and package implementation using SAP ABAP
 Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-
level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and
distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
 Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze
tradeoffs between usability and performance need

What experience you should have?

 B.E., B.Tech. and MCA from reputed College/University

 Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development - OO-ABAP Experience is a must
 Experience in Insurance domain is an advantage
 OO ABAP – a strong conceptual knowledge
 Expertise in creating ABAP Data Dictionary Objects
 Development experience in BAPI
 Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow)
o Hands-on in Enhancements (BADI and Exit)
o Hands-on in SAP Conversion programs like BDCs, LSMW etc.
o Hands-on in Scripts, Smart forms and Adobe forms
o Hands-on in User exits, customer exits and search exits
 Knowledge on Module pool programming
 Ability to do provide performance analysis and prerequisites
 Ability to understand the functional requirements directly from Users/Clients and translate them to
technical specifications
 Flexible for both domestic and international short term / long term travel

Will be considered as an advantage:

 Experience in SAP for Insurance and Reinsurance modules like FS-PM, FS-CM, FS-ICM, FS-CD
and FS-RI is a significant plus
 SAP Certification is an added advantage
 Knowledge on BDT (Business Data Tool set) and BRF (Business Rules framework)
 Experience in Webdynpro
