New on Netflix: What Makes A Text Worth Reading?

What is reading? Is it really worth it? Well today you are going to learn why it is

important we first have to define what reading actually is. Reading is a complex cognitive

process of decoding symbols to derive meaning. It is a form of language processing. Success in

this process is measured as reading comprehension. Reading is a means for language acquisition,

communication, and sharing information and ideas. The purpose of reading is to connect the

ideas on the page to what you already know. If you don't know anything about a subject, then

pouring words of text into your mind is like pouring water into your hand. Reading has been

around for a long time and it has really influenced many people throughout time. It has become

and never ending skill that will live on forever. Reading can make people's dreams come true and

it can make people think differently about the things around them and even throughout the world.

A good book has to have a good topic about and something about the things I can relate

to for example the book, ​Like Water Like Chocolate​ is about latinos and this is something I

would like reading because I know things about mexican culture and I feel that I can easily get

books like that. Also, I think the text is worth reading if the book is well known and it has great

interesting moments all throughout the book. One book I really liked was gatsby because I like

how everything was set up like how the mood was and he colors became something important

and i just like the vibe of the parties and all the drama that happens. Of mice and men is
something I liked as well because it was really interesting. In the book ​The Great Gatsby​, when

it was about love and drama, I believe that the book was very boring and that I was not going to

like it but once I read it, it changed my views on the book because it taught me lessons in life

about love and how to become the right person and also just things in general.

It is not always about how good the title may look but just reading a couple of pages in

the book makes you get a good feeling and makes your brain tells you whether you want to read

it or not. Some people may say that a book is good or bad just by looking at the cover but it

really isn't. It is about that the book really is about and how the book impacts you. There are

people who don't like reading but that it okay because there may be books or even anything they

see on social media that catches one's attention. Reading actually helps you visualize it way

deeper and better than watching T.V. You gain more emotions as you see yourself and pitching

yourself in that story. It is about the actual connections that you came across A text is worth

reading if you actually have the courage to read it and it is something that you don't usually read.

It's worth it because you can learn new life lessons in life and also gain your knowledge.
