ABSTRACT
The goal is to build A simple hydraulic system consists of hydraulic fluid,
pistons or rams, cylinders, accumulator or oil reservoir, a complete working
mechanism, and safety devices. These systems are capable of remotely
controlling a wide variety of equipment by transmitting force, carried by the
hydraulic fluid, in a confined medium. Modern developments in hydraulics have
involved many fields in engineering and transportation. These systems transfer
high forces rapidly and accurately even in small pipes of light weight, small
size, any shape, and over a long distance. These systems play a vital role from
small car’s steering to supersonic aircraft’s maneuvering devices. More
powerful and accurate systems are also used in maneuvering huge ships.

INTRODUCTION
Hydraulic bridge is our major project. In this project we will move bridge using
hydraulic pressure. Hydraulic actuators controlled energy to the punch. So the
Operator needs to provide only modest effort regardless of conditions. Hydraulic
Punching machine helps to make hole in various size by changing tool. As well,
Hydraulic Punch provides some feedback of forces acting on the Sheet and Hole
can Made in Sheet metal.
The punch system is activated via two push-buttons, S1 and S2. In order to avoid
accidents during the production both buttons have to be activated to run the punch

machine.
A control has to be installed which ensures that both buttons are activated before
the cylinder punches a hole into the work piece. In addition, safety measures have
to be taken so that no manipulation is possible, for example, the push-button is
glued. That means that the punch must only be operated when the two buttons are
actually pressed anew.
STEP1:
All the ice cream sticks were arranged and glued to fix their position according
to the draft diagram needed to build the hydraulic bridge.
STEP2:
We had to make a tiny hole on the base stick holding the bridge to the base as to
make a rotatory motion for the free up and down movement of the foldable
bridge.
STEP3:
Then we placed two syringes with the needles removed and the mouth
connected to a small tubes containing hydraulic liquid in them.
STEP 4:
The other end of the tube is then connected to the two other syringes through
which we could control the movement of the ridge through the hydraulic liquid
in it.

V. CONCLUSION
Thus we can conclude that pressure applied to any part of a confined fluid
transmits to every other part with no loss. The pressure acts with equal force on
all equal areas of the confining walls and perpendicular to the walls, hence
proving Pascal's law.
