America's one of those Nation where individualism of a person has given a great

importance. People came from different parts of the world because they believe that our nation

will be able to help protect individualism off every person. Are we really able to retain or

individualism, Sue sin Far believes that, "individual is more important than nationality." As a

human we all need to discover our true selves before we can really get to be recognized by our

characteristic which is commonly measured by a group.

We live in a capitalistic economy where we are forced to make our own decisions with

little to no government Interruption. If you see a puppet show, you will see that the puppy is

moving all by itself but what we don't see is the person under the curtain mobilizing the puppet.

We are free, but we still have barriers that are still stopping us from our complete Freedom.

Sometimes we do not have any option to how we can escape those barriers. When a man turns

18, he has to be registered for a military draft and during their time off before he has to leave his

family and goat. Where is individualism, if a person who is not willing to sign his name for the

military then how can he fight in a war, when you were eighteen, you were still trying to

discover who you are and that point you are told to go to were to show how patriotic you are. He

forced me to know what it is before he's really ready to do it.

Although many people may say that you are who you are because of the nation that you

live in so your first priority should be Nation the nation that we live in Defiance where we live

and it can also explain the culture in the society but it does not define who we are as a person.

The recent news about the NBA player who refused to stand up during the pledge has created a

major issue. As a free individual, we are free to make our own decision on whether we should

stand up or not and nobody can really Force someone to do something when he or she does not

want to do it.

The same incident happened in Bangladesh. We're a group of college students refuse to

sign the national anthem and for that reason they were suspended. What we want to do as an

individual is totally up to us so why are we always told to do things which we may or may not

agree with. Before anything, we are human first. So, we have more right to our self and identity

then finding your identity through our culture and Society.
