The Pennsylvania Pinto Horse Club, it’s officers, officials, management, PtHA, or anyone connected with the
Twin Brook show grounds shall not be responsible for any personal injury, or for loss or damage to property,
occurring at any Pennsylvania Pinto Horse Club activity.
In accordance with PA Act#93 of 2005, you assume the risk of Equine Activities pursuant to PA Law.
Show committee reserves the right to expel any person from the show grounds without refund of entry fees for cruelty to animals or excessive
un-sportsman like conduct.
Open classes paybacks: Class must have a minimum
of 8 entries for paybacks to be given.
1st-4th place = $10-$8-$6-$4
Classes with $25 added payback must have a minimum of 10 entries for paybacks
1st-4th place = $20-$15-$10-$5
$50 fee for returned checks
