Note 1: Value limit is used in accordance with standard IEC 60422 (2013) for new oil after filling in new electrical equipment (HV>170 kV) prior to energization and also

accordance to ASTM D3487 (2016) and IEC 60296 (2012) related to some tests for new oil. Note 2: Cell type used for DF test ASTM D924 method is IEC 60247 Fig.3 (73.0pF).

Average Voltage gradient (Electrical stress) = 1000 VAC/mm. Test Frequency = 60 Hz for D924 and 55 Hz for IEC60247. Resistivity is calculated at 250V/mm; 60s short-circuit;

EVALUATION
The result of the performed oil analysis meets the requirement of new oil prior to energizing according to
standard IEC 60422. Values of interfacial surface tension (IST) shows no oxidation products in th eoil.
Quality index value and physical parameters indicate good oil quality.

RECOMMENDATION

New sample is recommended after two days of energizing or as per the client maintenance plan.

This analysis result relates only to the specified product tested. Some values inside the brackets indicate for subcontracted parameters with other accredited lab.
