KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND made and

executed by:

BONIFACIA CARCALLAS LOPEZ, Filipino citizen, of legal age, widow and a

resident of Talisay, Loon, Bohol Philippines, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR;
- and -

_________________________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to

_______________________ and a resident of Cabilao, Loon, Bohol, Philippines and
hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.

WITNESSETH:

That the VENDOR is the only heir of MAURICIO CARCALLAS who was the owner
of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Cabacungan, Loon, Bohol , by virtue of the Adjudication
by Sole Heir of Estate of Deceased Person duly acknowledged and notarized before Notary
Public, Atty. Sherlito M. Columnas, JR. and entered into his notarial register as Doc No. ___,

THAT, for and in consideration of the sum of _______________________ (Php

______________) Philippine Currency, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged from the
VENDEE, to the full satisfaction of the VENDOR, said VENDOR do by these presents
SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, absolutely and unconditionally, unto the said VENDEE,
his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, the above described parcel of land,
designated as Lot No. 810, situated at Barangay Cabacungan, Loon, Bohol, covered by
Tax Declaration No. 2008-30-0017-00106, containing an area of SIX THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED NINETY ONE (6,691) SQUARE METERS, more or less, and which parcel of
land is more particularly described and bounded as follows, to wit:

That the VENDOR hereby declares that she has given notice to the adjoining lot
owners of their intention to sell, as she has in fact herein sold, the above-described parcel
of land and none exercised their right of pre-emption or redemption as provided by law;

That the VENDOR hereby warrants to have valid title to and peaceful possession
of the parcel of land herein sold and conveyed, and will defend the same unto the said
Vendee, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest against claims of third persons
whomsoever and whatsoever.
