Getting an -1101 error while running an AV-transformation or mapplet

Problem Description

While trying to run an AV-transformation mapping (or PowerCenter Mapplet), the following error is reported:

users define the configuration in the Content Management Service. Restart the Content Management Service
if you edit the configuration. PowerCenter users define the configuration in the AD50.cfg file. Address D

Cause

There are two known causes of this error:

1. Incorrect information in the Address Validation properties field of the Content Management System.
No Pre-Load Countries, Partial Pre-Load Countries AND Full Pre-load Countries are left empty.
It is advised to have at least No Pre-Load Countries set to ALL.

2. The used version of libAddressDoctor.so (or libAddressDoctor.dll) are older than the version officially released with this version of
(Example: Using version 5.2.9 with Informatica 9.5.1 HotFix 3 (with 5.4.0)

Solution

To resolve this issue, do as follows:

1. Set all No Pre-Load Countries = ALL in the Address Validation properties of the CMS properties window.
2. Update libAddressDoctor.so (or libAddressDoctor.dll) at least to the official released version of Informatica 9.
