19. Harsh Ltd. is running a Textile business. It has received an export order from an American [4]
Firm for supplying two lac Shirts. In order the complete the export order on time, firm
increased working hours of labour but wages were increased marginally. Also it did not pay
any attention towards the working conditions of factory like lighting, cleanliness and water
supply. The factory waste is discarded into river without treatment. Harsh Ltd. is planning
to start evening classes for training workers.
