exactly what the EPGPM batch of MDI, Gurgaon offers.

Executive Post Graduate Programme in Energy Management (also known as EMP),

EPGPM
Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management
Full time residential MBA programme uniquely designed for working executives
across all the sectors of economy.

Pre requsite for admissions to EPGPM is a minimum of 5 years of executive


work experience in leadership roles.

Participants who successfully complete the programme are awarded the


Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

This programme is recognized by AICTE and has the accreditation of AMBA,


Association of MBAs (U.K.).

Selection is on the basis of the CAT Score followed by GD & PI, Excellent
academic background, Diverse Work Experience and Proven Leadership Potential.

Pedagogy

Teaching is based on recent research materials


and experience gathered from around the world.
The pedagogy of the programme is highly interactive.
It envisages substantial participation and action learning.
Teaching methods include lectures, cases, seminars,
group discussions, business games, role plays,
simulations, exercises, structured and unstructured
group work and field visits. The emphasis is on
involving participants to make learning participant-centric
and help them relate the concepts, ideas and theories to
their own experience. Consistent with recent advances
in training technology, the programme integrates
the use of computers with learning of basic principles in
different functional areas.
