The RFP is being issued towards selection of a collaborator who is a reputed BD/FP/FSSRFP/8101135 dated 06 Oct 18 Page ishipyard for providing design, supply of KME, Technical assistance and implementation for this project. The collaborator has to provide a design from a source who has designed a ship with similar capabilities which is in service with any Navy. Collaborator should have constructed and delivered a Naval vessel of similar capabilities / capital warships on or after 01 Jan 2005 which should have been completed within four years of build period. In case the bidding collaborator is a Government organization, the bidder can nominate their shipyard and design house meeting the above criteria 4, This RFP is aligned to the provisions of DPP-13 to the extent feasible and standard terms & conditions of conduct of business with HSL. This RFP is issued with no financial or other commitment of any nature whatsoever.
