COMPLAINT

COMPLAINANT, under oath, hereby accuses LILIBETH BARATA with the crime of
GRAVE ORAL DEFAMATION, defined and finalized under Article 358 of the Revised
Penal Code, committed as follows:

“That on November 12,2018, at around 5;00 o’clock in the afternoon at

Daet, Camarines Norte, and well within the jurisdiction of the Honorable court, the
above-named accused did then and there and in the presence of several persons
willfully and feloniously uttered upon the undersigned complainant the following words
and phrases: “Ika eva dae mo ako pagparasitahon, saro ka pa, palibhasa ika,
naduman ka sa harong ning madaling aldaw para singilon ang agom ko,
kunyadi ka maniningil, palibhasa ika ay kirag”, and similar words of the same
import, which is a public and malicious imputation of a crime, vice, an act, condition
and circumstance tending to cause the dishonor, discredit and contempt of the
undersigned complainant, which is a serious and insulting nature, to her great damage
and prejudice.
