Job Summary:

This position is responsible to timely, efficient, and safe loading load and unload cargos such as grain
and other products into or from trucks or ships using material moving equipment or manually to
ensure products are properly transported and stored as well to make sure they get to the correct
destination.
Statement of Tasks:

1. List product information by recording operating data of products shipped such as products and
quantities and operating time manually every shipment to ensure shipment data are documented
without error.

2. Identify the truck to load by verifying truck load numbers every time to ensure accuracy of cargo
placement based on written or verbal instructions to avoid lapses.

3. Inspect the condition of the truck to load by checking the conditions and weight capacity of the
truck every time to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading procedures without lapses.

4. Transport the products to and from trucks and loading docks to storage area by installing,
positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things using hands and arms every time to
ensure products are properly handled, stored, and retrievable without waste of time and effort.

5. Control the transfer of product activities by coordinating and monitoring products movement to
and from storage every time to ensure constant product flow without waste of time and cost.
