Session No & Title Preparation for the Simulation

Duration 1 hour
Target Participants Regional Learning Facilitators (30)
Link to the Previous Having been given the overview of the SG in the previous session, the participants are now being given time to prepare for the
Session/Topic simulation.
Link to the Next Session/Topic This session is preparation for the simulation which happens in the next session.
Contribution of the Session to This session ensures that the participants are ready to simulate the session which they will run in the MTOT. Ultimately, the
Program Outcomes participants should be able to handle and facilitate the given session with effectiveness and efficiency.
Learning Objectives After this session, the participants should be able to:
1. Decide on learning facilitator and simulation process observers for the class
2. Identify roles during the simulation
3. Describe and accomplish the POA and processing templates
Key Understanding The smooth flow of the simulation and ultimately the training sessions will depend on the quality of preparation of the training
team. Preparation for the simulation includes:
1. Assignment and clarity of roles
2. Forms and templates to be accomplished
3. Expected outputs
The preparation for the simulation assumes that the MTOT Session Guides are FINAL. While suggestions for improvement may be
entertained, major corrections should be referred to the management for consideration.
