The 2019 Pontiac Arts Crawl promises to be an incredible experience that will welcome local artists
and residents, as well as visitors from surrounding communities to our historical city center. The mission is to
promote Pontiac’s dynamic, but somewhat hidden arts and cultural scene, along with the local business and
venue community. It’s time to showcase Pontiac’s deep and energetic pool of creative talent!

The 2019 Pontiac Arts Crawl is a great opportunity for local artists and performers to promote and sell
their work and be part of the rapidly growing arts and cultural scene in Pontiac.

THE VERY IMPORTANT, “FINE PRINT”:

Artist(s) responsible for getting 2D / 3D art or Performance set-up into, or at, specific assigned exhibit/performance area - by noon on May 3rd
(unless otherwise determined). Please be aware that exhibit of artwork/performances, as well as, removal of art and equipment is contingent upon site
restrictions, facilities and terms of specific location. Information and restrictions for each artist’s exhibit area will be forthcoming by or before April 26th.
Artists or assigned representative(s) must be present with artwork throughout the event time, unless other arrangements have been made.
Artist must be responsible for art removal and clean area by or before 11:00pm, May 3rd, unless other arrangements are made with specific site owner/manager.

HOLD HARMLESS: Organizers will take the greatest care of all artwork, but we cannot be responsible for theft or damage to artwork, equipment or funds
generated by sales of artwork or donations. Unless otherwise arranged, please be sure to be on site for event set up and duration, or assign a trusted
representative. We reserve the right to refuse any artwork deemed inappropriate or unacceptable for this family-friendly event.
