- Review & approve contractor’s documentation including
materials specifications, welding/NDE specifications,
welding procedures, NDE procedures, testing
procedures, quality plans(QAP), ITPs, etc.
- Selection, Estimation, procurement, inspection &
handling of welding consumable (CS, LAS, SS,
DSS,SDSS & Non-ferrous).
- Experience in Orbital welding of Tube to Tube-sheet
joints of exchangers.
- Co-ordination & dealing with TPI, subcontractor, client
& other concerned departments.
- Weld repair control & root cause analysis.
- Support to tendering activities, including productivity
and cost calculations for bids.
