Step 4 - Commercial assessment


Based on brand's feedback, a commercial expectation is created basis events' deliverables and expected impact. The same

is communicated to the event by Onspon

Step 5 - Association finalization


Based on a commercial understanding achieved basis brand's direction, Onspon (or brand) sends a confirmation note to the

event with the specific deliverables and commercials. A PO is created.

Step 6 - Pre-event planning


Onspon works with brand to help them take advantage of event's outreach by engaging with attendees before the event
