Motion 001, 2018

The agenda for the day was accepted by Mr. Ronelo Briones and was seconded by Mrs.
Rosalyn B. Falco.
IV. Election of Officer foe S.Y 2018-2019
The following are the new set of Homeroom PTA Officers of Grade III-Lily for school year
2018-2019.
President : Ronelo Briones

Treasurer : Rosalyn B. Falco

Ms. Clavite moved that the grading system to be followed in the performance of the pupils
will be in accordance to DO 08, s. 2015. It was seconded by Mrs. Jeziel Villaber.

Ms. Clavite, the adviser moved of the different requirements of Grade III-Lily as follows:

VII. Pentakasi
Motion 005, s. 2018
Ms. Clavite, the adviser moved that the schedule for the Pentakasi is on June 29,
2018 for the improvement of garden. Furthermore, Mr. Briones moved that parents may attend
the Pentakasi on their preferred time since there is a conflict with their work.

The agenda for the day was accepted by Mr. Rogelio Mopada and was seconded by Mrs.
Rosalyn B. Falco.

IV. Christmas Party

Parents decided to group their selves into 4 and each group voluntarily pledge their
menu. The following are the menu presented by each group.
Cumahig Group- Bihon Guisado Briones Group- cake
Camanzo Group- Fried Chicken Bautista Group- drinks and bread
On the other hand, Macaroni was pledge by Mr. Mopada and Spaghetti was pledge by Ms. Clavite.

V. Released of Report Card / Learning Progress (2nd to 3rd Quarter)

Motion 002, s. 2018
Ms. Clavite released the report card and answered all the queries of the parents
regarding to the learning progress of their child.

IV. Report Card/Learning Progress

Ms. Clavite, showed the report card of the pupils to the parent and encouraged the
parents to any clarification regarding to the learning progress of the pupils.

Ms. Clavite announced the honor pupils and their different awards. Any concerned of
parents were addressed.

VI. Graduation Ceremony/ Closing Exercises

The Graduation ceremony will be on March 4, 2019, 8:00 am to be followed by closing
exercises.

VII. Attire of pupils for the class presentation

Everone agreed the suggestion of Mrs. Villaber that for girls, white t-shirt and red skirt
and for boys, white t-shirt and black pants.

Ms. Clavite moved to register the children in BSP/GSP in the amount of ₱50 and
participate in the District Encampment on October 13, 2018 at Amas Cental
Elementary School.

Motion 003, s. 2018
Ms. Clavite. the adviser moved that the grades are based on their written test results
and performance tasks of the learners.
She then moved to let the parents/guardians sign the Report card.
