1. I, hereby declare that all details mentioned by me in Registration Form/ Application/CV are absolutely correct and all
documents Submitted /sent by me i. e Academic Certificates/Degrees , Experience certificates, Passport Copy and any other
documents with Registration form /Application for overseas employment are genuine, legal and issued by concerned
authority.
2. I also declare that there is no Legal Oblique or pending Criminal, Civil Proceeding against me in any courts of Law in
India.
3. I also indemnify that after selection and issue of my Visa by Foreign Employer and subsequently Endorsement of Visa
on My Passport for Overseas Employment, if I decide to cancel my employment/or do not travel due to any reason, I will be
liable and responsible to pay Visa cancellation fee & Other Admin Charges to SKC Management Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd. and
will wait until all procedure to cancel Visa is over.
4. I also declare that if I resign my present employment whether in India or Overseas for seeking new job with any
company, I will be fully responsible for same and SKC Management has no liability in that case.
5. SKC Management will not be held responsible for security of original documents, if lost in Courier or in Post.
6. If any original documents including Passport , is submitted OR left by me with SKC Management Consultancy for test/
interview, I will collect same maximum within 30 days back whether I am selected or rejected failing which SKC
Management will not be responsible for its misplace or lost.
7. If after receipt of Visa from Foreign Employer, I decide/Choose to process Visa Endorsement /Emigration on my
Passport by myself or through any other source of mine from concerned authority, SKC Management Consultancy will not be
held responsible later for its consequences in any manner.
8. All the contents are clearly understood as well as explained to me in my native language too.
