To be erected by or under the direct supervision of a

Crush Injuries To be erected in accordance with manufacturers
instructions.
Double handrail and edge protection to be fitted to all

Towers fitted without casters or situated in the same


Unauthorised access Injury to third parties location for 7 days must be subject to a weekly
4 4 16 recorded inspection and a visual scaff tag fitted to 4 1 4
indicate the condition of the tower.
Casters to be locked when tower is in position and the
tower is to be visually inspected and levelled each time
the tower is moved.
Access to work platform to be from inside the tower.
Access restricted to authorised Cordell employees
only. Do not allow people or materials to remain on the
tower whilst re positioning.
